Licensing Court annulled resolutions subtracting eight points from Sport Boys

Sport Boys received good news this Friday before closing the 2022 season of League 1. The Chalacan entity announced that the Licensing Court of the Peruvian Football Federation declared null the resolutions in which eight points were subtracted from the table pink.

“The Club Sport Boys Association informs its fans, the media and the general public that the License Court has declared the nullity of resolutions No. 091-CCL-FPF-2022 and No. 094-CCL-FPF- 2022, where we were sanctioned with the subtraction of eight points”, Sport Boys said in a statement.

That said, Sport Boys maintains its 32 points that place it in sixteenth position in the annual table. The pink team, then, is out of the relegation zone and will be able to continue competing in League 1 next year.

It is worth noting that in Resolutions 35 and 36, the Licensing Court had decided to punish the cast of Callao with the loss of eight units in the accumulated table due to an issue of non-payment. The situation, without a doubt, generated concern in the team.

Days later, the Court of Licenses of the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) determined the inclusion of the pink team to the Exceptional Sports Regime, a fact that meant that Boys was not affected again with the subtraction of points.
