Arrival of the fifth : 4 – 13 – 14 – 7 – 5
Winning a straight on Christmas Day is always a special moment for a pro. Inevitably, Benjamin Goetz could only smile broadly when he saw his resident, Bais Emerald (No. 4) on the road to success. “Now she is very confident,” admits the pro, who is based in the Grosbois training center during the winter. She gained confidence that she would be kept. “The developer, who signs the 28th success in the fifth, did not forget to wish his loved ones a Merry Christmas. It is a real satisfaction for her rider, Franck Nivar, to see her shine at this level, he bought her in a bid race in December 2019 before seeing her join Benjamin Goetz’s team. “She caught my attention,” confirms the rider with 242 wins in this category. But she was to blame. Since then, she has gained a lot of confidence. »

After leading the race Sweet fragrance (No. 13) managed to keep the first runner-up ahead Jiel Elite (#14), which confirms his current good form. In a small digression Disco Molands (#7) creates a 44/1 surprise and proves that he can now be chased at a trot. Edie du Pomereau (n°5) completes a good fifth combination.
