Brazil will begin three days of national mourning this Friday following the death of Pelé, according to a decree published in the official Brazilian journal by President Jair Bolsonaro.
“Official mourning has been declared throughout the country (…) as a sign of respect after the death of Edson Arantes do Nascimento, Pele,” the text specifies.
