With Béziers, he notably won the Challenge Yves-du-Manoir (1964) and played in four finals of the French Championship (1960, 1961, 1962, 1964) for victory (1961). He then scored a decisive shot from the side of the touchline during the red and blue victory over Albi (6-3).
Before wearing Bezier colors for ten years, Danos played at Albi (1949-1950) and Toulon (1950-1955). He was also an international player eighteen times between 1954 and 1960, playing in three Five Nations tournaments, including the 1959 and 1960 tournaments which were won by Les Bleus. He also participated in France’s XV tour of South Africa in 1958.
He also made history with this phrase: “In rugby there are those who play the piano and those who move it. »
