At this rate, the Bollaert-Delelis stadium will be full next Monday. Pays de Cassel, regional 1 club, welcomes Paris Saint-Germain at Lens for the round of 16 Coupe de France for a typical showdown between the Petit Poucet of the Cup and the Ligue 1 ogre. The ticket office was open. This Tuesday morning at 10am, the RC Lens online sales site was stormed.

According to France Bleu Nord, 10,000 tickets were sold out of 27,000 seats on sale in one hour. By noon, another 6,000 tickets had sold out. One has to go through a virtual queue to hopefully get sesame for the meeting. “We set prices between 10 and 40 euros because our goal is to fill the stadium and make the players happy. We wanted to keep prices affordable,” said Gabriel Bogart, sporting director of amateur club France Bleu Nord. If all these places are sold, additional stands may be opened.
Bollaert is accustomed to refueling thanks to his loyal supporters. The arrival of PSG, coupled with the epic of the regional club, seduces the artesian public. In the round of 16, the Pays de Cassels of the sixth division dominated Vasqueal (N2), a team from the suburbs of Lille, on penalties last Saturday. Kylian Mbappe and his teammates released Châteauroux in the previous round (3-1).
