The Classic of Avellaneda between Independent vs. racing ended in a draw (1-1) by the Argentine Professional League. The ‘Academy’ was attended by Paolo Guerrero in the second half, but the ‘Predator’ had no chances facing the rival goal.

The national striker came on after 69 minutes of play in Romero’s place, when the score was already level. The former Avai from Brazil could not do much.

After the game, Paolo Guerrero gave some statements to the Argentine press and was uncomfortable with the short time he had in the Avellaneda Clásico.

“You always want to play the classics. He doesn’t want to play 10 or 15 minutes but well, we came out with a draw that we knew would be difficult, hard, but we knew we had to win, ”he began by saying to the TyC Sports microphone.
