Lucho Alayza comes out to defend the locality in the Quilmaná Rally

This Sunday the second date of the ACP Rally (Peruvian Automobile Club) has been taking place in the city of Cañete, precisely in the Quilmaná district. The runner Luis Alayza seeks to maintain the leadership of the S2000 category, since he won the first date in the President of the Republic Award.

“Winning the first round has given us a lot of confidence and security for what is to come this weekend. We are leaders of our category with a good distance of points with the second. On Sunday we want a new victory that allows us to be at the top of the podium”; the pilot tells us.

Likewise, the pilot Lucho Alayza assures that his Toyota GT 86 is optimal. “The car didn’t suffer much in the last race. Likewise, the mechanics team has made some adjustments to it, to arrive in perfect condition since the competition will have a total of 161 km and will be on dirt surface.”

On the other hand, Lucho Alayza along with all his co-driver Gabriel Lozada and his entire team will be representing Cañete, so his objective is to defend the locality against rivals from all over the country.

Finally, for those people interested in going to see the test, it begins and ends in the Quilmaná square. The cars will enter the main square at 8 am, where there will be a promotional start at 9:30 am and the competition will start at 10 am.
