Busquets forgets fair play, Barça is really not what it used to be

Hanging 0-0 in Cadiz, FC Barcelona went on a third game without a win on Thursday at the end of the 6th day of La Liga, a draw that puts him in 7th place at seven points from Real Madrid (16 pts) and which weighs heavily the threat to Ronald Koeman.

Three days after the 1-1 draw against Granada at the Camp Nou and a week after the 3-0 slap inflicted by Bayern Munich in their stadium for the first day of the Champions League, Barça continued to be on the spot at Cadiz, where he finished the match at ten after the expulsion of Frenkie de Jong (65th).

Awkward depay, Busquets to the limit

Lacking ideas throughout the game, FC Barcelona never managed to tear the local curtain, and were endangered on several occasions by the breakthroughs of Alvaro Cervera’s men, even though a Memphis Depay a little less clumsy would have allowed the Catalans to win late in the game. We even surprised the inenarable Busquets take advantage of a second ball on the field to try to disrupt a last action from Cadiz which threatened to make a goal, with the bad faith of a player of Diego Simeone at Atlético, a sign that this Barça is no longer really Barça.

“It seems like when you win, I keep going, and when you lose, you have to find a new coach. All this, I leave it to you. You have to be realistic, you have to see the team we have, the players we miss. With the president, we only greeted each other at the hotel. If the club wants to speak with me, we have time in front of us, ”said the Koeman in a post-match press conference on Thursday evening. The Dutchman’s fate hangs by a thread, as Roberto Martinez is said to be the favorite to replace him after the next international break.
