Angelo Camposdetained since last Friday, will be released and will not be tried under the conditions of an immediate trial after being accused of family violence.
The Second Investigation Court of Surco of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima declared the request requested by the Prosecutor’s Office for the goalkeeper of Lima Alliance. This is due to the accusation against him for the alleged physical and psychological assault on the mother of his son, Yharif Figueroa Hidalgo.
“The Court ordered that the representative of the Prosecutor’s Office must issue the corresponding provision or formalize the preparatory investigation,” reported the Judiciary this Monday night.
The goalkeeper was arrested on August 25 after being denounced for assaulting Figueroa Hidalgo in his apartment located in the Surco district.
