Paolo Guerrero, captain of the Peruvian team, along with others summoned, were part of an awareness video about the El Niño Phenomenon.
The national teams, before leaving for Chile, took a break from their sporting activities to send a valuable message to the Peruvian population.
“We all won this game together! Are #33MillionsUnited and together with the Peruvian team we join forces in the face of the El Niño Phenomenon. You too join and be part of this great team,” indicates the Government publication.
As recalled, the red and white team will hold two important qualifying matches against Chile in Santiago and Argentina in Lima.
