Alianza Lima requests that the Disciplinary Commission act in accordance with regulations and sanction Álex Valera

The club Lima Alliance presented a document addressed to the Disciplinary Commission of the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) in which it requests that it act in accordance with regulations and sanction the footballer from Universitario de Deportes Alex Valera. This just hours before the second final of the League 1 Betsson.

As mentioned, they are totally dissatisfied with the omission of the aforementioned commission after the statements made by the cream attacker, since “a serious offense was committed against a person’s honor, which is even punishable according to the penal code in relation to “Crimes against Honor under the classification of the crime of libel.”

The case to which the blue and white team refers is when Valera launched a very harsh qualification against referee Edwin Ordóñez at the end of the duel between Universitario and Deportivo Municipal for this year’s Apertura Tournament.

“This comment was recorded by the media cameras that were present and was seen on open national television; leaving no doubt that the offending party was Mr. Alex Valera and the offended party was Mr. Edwin Ordoñez,” it says in part of the document.

As recalled, the Disciplinary Commission of the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) accepted for processing, this Monday, November 6, the claim presented by the University Sports Club against Alianza Lima goalkeeper Ángelo Campos, for allegedly provoking the local public and inciting violence in the first Betsson League 1 final.
