Sporting Cristalafter confirming the new technical command led by Brazilian Enderson Moreira, refines its squad for the following season, and this Monday announced the renewal of Irven Avila and Martin Tavara.
Both footballers extended their relationship with the celestial club until the end of 2025.
Irven Ávila is Sporting Cristal’s fifth top scorer with 123 goals. In first place is the historic Jorge Soto with 176.
Despite not being a starter in Tiago Nunes’ eleven during 2023, he knew how to score key goals, such as those scored in the previous phase of the Copa Libertadores, which helped the club get into the group stage.
Meanwhile, Martín Távara was the starter under the command of Brazilian Nunes with a fairly regular performance.
There was speculation about his departure to Universitario, but in the end he will remain at Rímac, at least for the next two years.
