Óscar Ruggeri on Peru’s new coach: “I would tell them, go look for (Gabriel) Milito”

“He has seriousness, he works well, he has no commitments to anything, to anyone, he lived everything, and Guardiola directed him. Have no doubt that I will meet with Milito and I will insist until he says yes, he added, listing his reasons.

The Peruvian Football Federation is in the final procedures to finalize the contractual relationship with coach Juan Reynoso, who had bad numbers at the helm of the red and white team.

The main candidate to replace him is Uruguayan strategist Jorge Fossati, current Peruvian soccer champion with Universitario de Deportes.
