Florentino Pérez took a step back and was more cautious to refer again to the possible arrival of Kylian Mbappé to Real Madrid. The president of Real Madrid had shown in the digital newspaper El Debate his confidence that next January 1, the date on which the attacker can sign for another club since his contract with Paris Saint-Germain ends, “Everything can be solved”.

Those words, spoken hours after the player confessed in the prestigious L’Équipe media his desire to leave PSG for Real Madrid, had been interpreted as taking the arrival of Mbappé for granted next season.

“In January we will have news from Mbappé. Let’s hope that on January 1 everything can be solved”Pérez told El Debate.

Mbappé’s wish

Kylian Mbappé, who will turn 23 in December, confessed to L’Équipe that last summer he asked to leave the club in the capital, because he considered his adventure in France over, and his desire to sign for Real Madrid.
