Piero Quispenew signing UNAM Pumas of Liga MX, shared a farewell letter to his beloved University of Sportsin which he thanks him for helping him “fulfill his dream of being a champion.”
Through his official Instagram account, the young national midfielder addressed the leaders, workers and fans of the cream club during these years in the institution.
“I have many mixed feelings because I have to say goodbye to my beloved club and it is not an easy thing. Sports University is my home. It’s my life. The club that I love and will always love. I had a dream as a child and I fulfilled it: to be a national champion with the U,” said Quispe.
“I thank my teammates, the technical team, leaders and all the club’s workers, but especially the fans for always supporting me and believing in me. I will never forget them and I will always follow them,” he added.

On the other hand, Quispe referred to the importance of signing for a team like Pumas, which is fighting at the top of one of the most competitive leagues in this part of the world.
“I am taking a big step in my career, I have to play abroad for the first time in a big club with a lot of history,” he noted.
