Sporting Cristal is the best placed of the Peruvian clubs, as it is in position 119, followed by Universitario in 151.
In a more relegated place is Alianza Lima in 236th place and Melgar in 302nd.
It is worth mentioning that continental tournaments such as the Copa Libertadores and the Copa Sudamericana are the ones that give the most points for this type of considerations.
Universitario and Alianza will play in the Libertadores group stage in 2024, while Cristal and Melgar will do so from the previous phase.
In first place, as the best team in the world, is Manchester City, followed by Real Madrid, Inter Milan from Italy, l-Ahly SC from Saudi Arabia, and PSV Eindhoven from the Netherlands.
