Piero Quispea few months after joining the ranks of the UNAM Pumas of the Liga MX, is consolidating himself in quite competitive football and has played as a starter in his club’s last matches.
His performance has generated a series of praises that do not make the young Peruvian soccer player and national team dizzy.
Precisely, in an interview given to TUDN de México, he referred to his biggest dream at a sporting level with the red and white.
“More than anything it is going to the World Cup with my team. It is the dream of every footballer to go to the World Cup with the national team. It is a dream that cannot be compared to anything. Singing the national anthem at a World Cup is a dream,” said the 22-year-old midfielder.
On the other hand, he commented that he is focused on continuing to add minutes, experience and be increasingly competitive with the university institution.
“I feel that here in the Mexican league, I am going to improve. I’m going to improve a lot. “I am going to help myself a lot and in every aspect,” she noted.
“I want to achieve a goal, to be a champion here with Pumas and everyone. And I think we are on a very good path,” he concluded.
