The mess between Paolo Guerrero and César Vallejo has no time to end. In the last hours, the footballer officially presented his resignation letter, waiting for this to be resolved and to be released. This decision was made due to the threats that Mrs. Peta, Paolo’s mother, received after making his signing for the poet club official.
Due to this, the Trujillo institution issued a statement this Sunday, February 18 through its social networks, where they confirmed that “the request for exemption from the legal deadline for his resignation is rejected.” Let us remember that the notice period is 30 days.
“César Vallejo FC informed our player José Paolo Guerrero Gonzales of the decision to reject his request for exemption from the legal deadline for his resignation, therefore the validity of the employment contract is maintained. By virtue of this, his presence has been required at our headquarters next Tuesday, February 20,” they indicate.
César Vallejo FC has at no time mentioned or requested an amount for compensation, much less has it raised any requirement or condition beyond the request to attend first team training, therefore we deny any information related to it and reiterate our commitment to respect and assume all contractual obligations contracted with our footballer,” they mention.
