Peru vs Dominican Republic: this is how the national anthem was sung at the Monumental stadium

The National Anthem of Peru was sung loudly and at the top of our lungs at the Monumental de Ate stadium, in the ceremony prior to the start of the friendly match of the peruvian team against the Dominican Republic, valid for the FIFA date of Tuesday, March 26.

Players, fans and the coach of the national team, the Uruguayan Jorge Fossatishowed their respect at the moment the sacred notes of the local anthem were played.

Minutes before and as a sign of courtesy, the visit anthem was heard first, which was respected by its team members and by the public present in the colossus of University of Sports.

As recalled, last Friday, March 22, Peru beat Nicaragua 2-0 in a friendly match that marked Jorge Fossati’s debut as coach of the Bicolor.

Peru is preparing to play the 2024 Copa América in the United States, between the months of June and July. La Blanquirroja is part of Group A along with Argentina, Chile and Canada.
