The golden era of Peruvian volleyball has a name, a surname and a left foot that many loved and feared. Cecilia Tait is one of our strongholds in national sports and this Thursday, March 28, she was honored by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
The ‘Golden Left Hand’ placed her signature on the famous Olympic Wall, reserved only for athletes who left their mark in their respective sports.
Let us remember that the outstanding former volleyball player was approved as a member of the IOC last October 2023. In this way, she became one of the representatives of Peru in one of the largest entities in world sport.
