“They empty their magazines on a happy man”: revelations from the investigation into Aramburu’s death

The camera was installed to deter potential thieves interested in this shoe business in the Latin Quarter. Nearly two years later, the death of Federico Martin Aramburu represents a case in which civil and defense attorneys are struggling. One point in particular: the reason for the six shots that hit Arambura in two separate episodes, a few minutes after the fight on the terrace of the Mabillon bar. An investigation in which police and judges try to clarify the motives of the two main suspects, Romain Bouvier and Loic Le Priaulx. The far-right activists, aged 31 and 27, were charged with murder and jailed after being arrested while on the run, the first in Sarthe, the second in Hungary.
