Agustín Lozano rules out having interference in cases of licenses denied to Juan Aurich and Unión Huaral

In recent days, the Professional Football League (LFP) reported that the clubs Juan Aurich and Huaral Union They did not receive licenses to participate in League 2 this season.

In this regard, the president of the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF), Agustín Lozano, ruled out having any interference in the cases of these clubs.

“I found out in Paraguay, unfortunately they are independent bodies where I do not participate,” he said in statements to the press at the Jorge Chávez International Airport.

“There will be a board and we will see what happens. What the independent bodies already decide, we have no interference. There will be a board of directors and this issue will surely be debated as well,” Lozano added.

As recalled, in recent days, the FPF Licensing Court declared the appeal filed by the Chiclayan institution unfounded.

Both teams were scheduled to play the first day of the championship, but their matches were finally suspended.
