Paolo Guerrero on his injury: “So many games without a preseason, I knew it was going to take its toll on me”

The forward of the University César Vallejo, Paolo Guerrerocontinues to attend the facilities of the National Sports Village (Videna) to continue his recovery process, after suffering a muscle tear.

In a brief conversation with the press, the captain of the red and white team pointed out that the requirement of playing several games in a short period of time was detrimental to his health.

“(Injury) had already been threatening for so many games, a string of games without having a preseason, at some point I knew it was going to take its toll on me,” Guerrero said.

“But injuries are like that. “You have to have patience and a good predisposition to improve and be able to return to the fields,” added the forward.

Along these lines, he stressed that according to what he talked with Dr. Segura, he would be recovered in three weeks.
