No more exceptions! Prices offered in Paris and at the main sites of Ile-de-France fall sharply in April. In 15 of the 20 Parisian arrondissements, the decline reached 10% or more, according to the latest release of the barometer by Le Parisien Lycaon Immo, a startup specializing in real estate data. “We see clear deflation in short-term rental prices during the Olympic Games (July 26 to August 11) for our sample for stays of 4 to 7 days. The real estate bubble ultimately turned out to be short-lived: prices began to decline at the beginning of the year,” sums up Stéphane Domillard, its president.
Surveys conducted by the company show a further decline in rental prices for the fourth month in a row by 12% for 709 euros/day on average in the capital. In total, they have lost 31% since February!
