Rhyner waited for his chance on the substitute bench and entered in the 79th minute to replace Tasos Tsokanis. Three minutes later, the defender headed in a cross from Argentine Franco Ferrari and declared the final 4-4 in the framework of the sixth day of the Greek Super League.

The 25-year-old footballer thus gave the surprise at the Toumba Stadium, where PAOK is home. Before Rhyner, Kevin Rosero (62 ′) and José Bartolo (54 ′) made Volos react, which was down on the scoreboard, by a resounding 4-1.
