The 2021 season has not been very favorable for San Martín, despite the fact that in the first part of the year they reached the final of Phase 1 in League 1. The team fell into a serious crisis of results in Phase 2 and they got complicated with the relegation, a situation that aroused greater passion in the fans, who decided to express their encouragement in each game.

For a few weeks, the fans of the club ‘Santo’ approached the team’s concentration to support the players, motivating them so that they can escape from the last places of the accumulated table. The results were evident, since the team has a favorable outlook for the last date.

San Martín depends on itself to ensure its continuity in League 1: they only have to beat UTC (3:00 pm). And hours before the departure of those led by José Espinoza to the Iván Elías Moreno Stadium for the last match, a large number of fans were present at the institution’s headquarters to express their full support.
