After 13 years: Marcio Valverde returns to Alianza Atlético de Sullana for League 1 2022

Marcio Valverde managed to play his first international competition in 2009, in the South American Cup where he dazzled by scoring two goals and, in addition, he was chosen the best right back of the tournament. After that, he signed for Sporting Cristal, Technical University of Cajamarca, Real Garcilaso and, the last one before Atlético, Sport Huancayo.

In this year, Marcio played with Sport Huancayo, a team in which he was for four seasons, scoring eight goals in the Peruvian tournament. Valverde has competed in Conmebol Sudamericana with ‘Rojo Matador’ and stood out as the Peruvian soccer player with the most goals in the second highest South American club tournament.

Alianza Atlético will start its preseason on December 6 and adds its first signing with the aim of remaining one more year in the first category of Peruvian football; and, if possible, get your access to an international championship.
