Djamel Benlamri put Algeria ahead of Qatar in one of the semi-finals of the Arab Cup. The goal came after a cross from the left and the goalkeeper’s rejection. The rebound was taken by Benlamri, who finished off, before the poorly positioned goalkeeper.

With the result, Algeria is achieving its classification to the final of the Arab Cup, where Tunisia, a rival that eliminated Egypt in the semifinals, awaits by the slightest difference. The final will be played on December 18.
