In the same interview, Demichelis said that Lionel Messi was not haranguing in the Argentine team, before each game, due to his training in Europe: “Leo comes from a club where harangues are not part of their philosophy”.

Martín Demichelis retired from football in the 2016/2017 season with a Málaga shirt, but due to his long years at Bayern Munich, he now works for the German club in one of its minor divisions.
