Fujitsu Unveils CX Lab, a Metaverse for Co-Creation That Stimulates Dialogue in Digital Transformation

Fujitsu has introduced a new virtual co-creation metaverse, called the CX Lab, designed to facilitate creative dialogue between customers and partners in the early stages of digital transformation.

The Japanese multinational is investing a million dollars in CXLab to provide faster, more diverse and disruptive business value and digital transformation across its ecosystem.

CXLab it has already hosted more than 700 sessions as part of user trials, and offers virtual experiences within a cyber city, enabling “meta-conversations” about driving digital transformation.

This metaverse concept complements Fujitsu’s global co-creation program with customer experiences (CX) designed to help solve four technology challenges: hybrid cloud, workplace of the future, SAP optimization, and data-driven transformation.
