Goodbye to Captcha? iOS 16 will have a new feature that will solve them for you

Manzana will include in iOS 16 a function that will solve the Captcha for its users. Under the name of Private Access Tokens, the tool will allow you to bypass this security system that is implemented in many websites to carry out actions directly. That is, they will not have to find the requested objects in the nine images.

Through a video on their developer page, Manzana explained that this tool looks for users do not have bad experiences on web pages being interrupted by this security step. “Finding the right balance between a good experience and fraud prevention is a challenge. Captcha often lead to a slower and more complex user experience. By trying to prevent attacks, you can also lose valuable customers”, said Tommy Pauly, an engineer at the company.

Likewise, Pauly explained that many times this security system prevents specific people from having a good experience. “In trying to prevent bot access, they also block real humans who have disabilities or language barriers. There is a better way,” he added in the video.

The Private Access Tokens are described by the engineer as “a powerful alternative that will help you identify HTTP requests from legitimate devices and people without compromising your identity or personal information”. That is, you will be able to go through these security barriers by indicating that the device belongs to a human and will not provide personal data to do so. Thus, Manzana seeks to remove the captcha for your users.
