How does it work? Let’s go by parts:

For Instagram, the first thing you have to do is go to Settings (or Settings, in English), then mark “Publications”. In case it is not visible, there is a search engine at the top where you can write that word. Once inside the option, Hide counts of likes and views is selected

In case you want to deactivate the likes account for your own publications, you have to go to New Publication. Type Advanced settings and finally press the option Hide counts of likes and views of this publication.

On the other hand, on Facebook the steps are similar. Goes to the account’s Settings & Privacy site. When entering Settings, one must go to Reaction of counts and, depending on what you want to do, activate or deactivate the option.
