Google Photos: what will its new interface be like?

Google is starting to implement a new user interface in Google Photos which is intended to facilitate the process of sharing images and videos, in addition to managing the library of the device on which this service is installed.

The photo and video sharing application, which also has a storage service, has been renewed in recent months with new functions aimed at improving the user experience in certain aspects.

Now, the medium 9to5Google has advanced a new feature that is present in version 5.96 of Google Photos and includes a renewed user interface in which a pop-up toolbar of the application is integrated when videos or photos are selected.

In this way, in the new interface relocates all file management options, such as ‘Share’, ‘Add to’, ‘Delete’ or ‘Edit location’ of the image at the bottom of the screen. However, the novelty in this new interface integrates more options available at a glance, without having to select a specific file.

Another of the tools that this portal highlights is a shortcut used to send photos or videos to certain contacts. Also, enter another to add one of these files to an album or be able to know where those photos were taken or those videos were recorded.

Google is currently rolling out this new interface in the latest version of Google Photos, though new updates may be added as it rolls out.
