Didn’t like the latest YouTube interface? Follow these steps to disable it

Less than a month ago Youtube presented a new image of its interface. The company announced a series of variations and implementations that, although small, promised to give its users a better experience. However, many did not get used to the changes in the platform.

Under this line, some modifications such as ‘ambient mode’ were not to the liking of some users. Ambient mode is a mod that can dynamically change the color of the background to suit the video.

However, the portal Folou revealed that if a user is not comfortable with the update, they can disable it on a desktop like so:

– Open YouTube in the browser

– Play a video and select the ‘Settings’ option.

– You must search for ‘ambient mode’ in the list of preferences and click on the option ‘disable for all videos in the browser’
