Amazon wants to look like TikTok with its new shopping app Inspire where the ‘feed’ is videos

Instagram is no longer the only platform you want to look like TikToknow Amazon introduced its new online shopping app: Inspire, which uses user-shared short-form vertical videos to showcase products.

Inspire is Amazon’s new shopping app that, for the moment, is only available to select users, but it’s already giving people something to talk about due to its TikTok-style format. The app feed will consist of short videos and photos for you to learn about products and buy from the app.

In addition to resembling TikTok in its format, Inspire also mimics the Instagram feature of Double tap on the screen to “Like” to a post. In addition, Inspire “learns” your preferences as you use it, further personalizing your shopping experience.
