HTC assures that the device, whose name has not yet been revealed, will be “one of the lightest on the market”. Regarding data privacy, the brand is “working on sophisticated privacy protections that would prevent anyone from accessing data locally or remotely from the cameras in the new headsets, including an encrypted local partition that stores the data.”
