This technology will make autonomous movement possible, reported the Hybrid and Electric page. But, initially it will be tested in closed spaces such as factories or in specific areas of a city.

How does it work? The vehicle has a series of sensors and radars attached. It will read this data, a precise digital image that the vehicles will send to a cloud. Other vehicles will access this data individually.

It is a million-dollar project that has received financing from different countries. Germany has allocated 700 million euros until 2025, like the European Union, which has invested since 2021.

The United States, Japan, South Korea and China are also betting on this technology. It is estimated that 6G connectivity would reach the population from 2028.
