A new challenge for artificial intelligence (AI). In February of this year he will participate in a real trial, in person, as the first “lawyer robot”, before a court in the United States.
This is DoNotPay, a system worked on since 2015 by Joshua Browder and which was designed to deal with administrative cases of parking fines, bank commissions or business with suppliers, reported the Xataka page.

To date the AI, which works like a chatbot, has helped 2 million people. On this occasion, DoNotPay will deal with a case of traffic fines. How will do? It is known that it will work through headphones and a lawyer will repeat what the AI tells him.
The problem is that, as justice works in the United States, outside intervention in the courts is not allowed, and the AI leaves a door open on this issue. The company has not given details or the date so as not to annul the case.
In this way, AI raises many doubts, and it has become a great challenge, especially due to the reservation in external communications and the privacy of people. Furthermore, Joshua Browder has pointed out that DoNotPay could replace the work of lawyers who are just “charging too much money to copy and paste documents”.
