The policemen go through these difficulties that in many cases cause laughter to passersby. A similar situation occurred in San Francisco (California), with Cruise’s vehicles. In this case a Chevrolet Bolt model was used, but it had no passengers.

Some people recorded the event. A patrol orders the vehicle to stop because it did not have its lights on. The two agents repeated the order because the car did not listen to them and they even got out of their patrol car.

According to Cruise, “the vehicle resumed its march to stop in a safer place for traffic”. He also informed that in these situations there is a telephone line. The cops called and control of the car was taken remotely. There was no complaint.

These situations have been repeated in various parts of the United States. Autonomous cars have not known how to react to the order of the police. They have even blocked the passage of firefighters.
