WhatsApp: users report failures in the platform globally

The instant messaging platform WhatsApp is presenting failures in its WhatsApp Web version for computers.

Users from different parts of the world spoke on social networks to report errors in the app.

These faults have been maintained throughout the morning. Sometimes the messages are not sent and it is necessary to refresh the WhatsApp Web page to reconnect with the device.

However, this sometimes does not work and the step to follow is to close the session from the cell phone and then link again with the QR code.

Even some people are not even allowed to access WhatsApp Web and, when entering the link, the browser tells them: ‘The DNS address of the web page could not be found’.

On the other hand, the ‘DownDetector’ platform indicated that WhatsApp reports began to increase around noon.
