Ica: they install the first electric station to supply energy to electric cars

There are more and more electric cars in the country, whether full electric or hybrid. Although one of the problems is the lack of infrastructure, an electric station has already been installed in Ica with the purpose of promoting sustainable transportation and tourism.

The device is located at the Hotel Viñas Queirolo, which is part of the ‘Sustainable Route’ developed by the company Citybest Zero. This initiative seeks to first reduce the carbon footprint, in relation to its logistics and soon the movement of passengers.

In its first demo phase, the user will be provided with a card to recharge completely free of charge. The driver will be able to take the opportunity to visit the hotel facilities, the vineyards, the wineries and enjoy a pleasant lunch at the Intipalka restaurant.

In the second phase, as reported in a press release, the company will be enabling a total of three charging stations in the hotel, as part of the sustainable routes promoted by Citybest Zero, in favor of sustainable tourism at a regional level.

The electric charger allows you to recharge the battery of any type of electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle. The estimated duration of a charge is three hours and, with this, allows the flow of trips without a carbon footprint.
