This means that, to send the ‘sticker’ through the platform developed by Meta, it must be dragged to a chat, something possible as long as you keep your finger pressed on the object on the screen to move it to other applications installed on the device.

WhatsApp has now announced that It is now possible to create, edit and share ‘stickers’ in its version for iOS terminals without leaving the application and maintaining the end-to-end encryption security characteristic of its service.

The company has commented that the ‘stickers’ can be created with the automatic cropping function and are edited with tools that include text, drawing and even the possibility of superimposing other ‘stickers’. In addition, once they are sent, they will be automatically saved in the ‘stickers’ tray, so that users can use them whenever they need them.

The sticker creator is now available on WhatsApp Web and will be rolled out to iOS 17 and later versions of the operating system in the coming days. In this sense, it has clarified that users of previous versions of iOS will be able to edit the ‘stickers’ that they already have saved on the platform, but not create new ‘stickers’ with this functionality.
