It also introduces improvements to the performance of photo syncing with Microsoft Photos, adds support for physical security keys for secure sign-in with Apple ID, and reduces the frequency of sign-in requests, as detailed from Apple in a press release.

There are also changes to iTunes for Windows, which is now divided into four different apps, with separate experiences for Apple TV and Apple Music. The app for this latest service has updated its user interface and incorporated lossless audio, the Sing-Along function and 4K music videos.

The new Apple TV app for Windows, meanwhile, allows users to access original Apple TV+ programming as well as its Library and purchased or rented video content. It also supports 4K playback and brings subscription channels to Windows for the first time.

Likewise, the new Apple Devices app allows you to update, synchronize and make backup copies of the Cupertino brand’s devices and store Apple Podcasts and Apple Books iTunes.
