MWC 2024: this is how the first day of the mobile world fair unfolds in Barcelona | PHOTOS

This Monday began World mobile phone congress (MWC), which has the city of Barcelona as its setting and Artificial Intelligence (AI) as the main protagonist.

This event will last four days, with 95,0000 professionals participating, according to the Global Association of Telecommunications Operators (GSMA).

The AFP news agency reported that there are almost 750 operators and manufacturers in the telecommunications sector, this edition will have 2,400 exhibitors, in addition to 1,100 speakers.

On the other hand, some companies that will be present are Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, Orange or Vodafone, as well as several heavyweights in technology and industry, such as Airbus, Google and Accenture, since the MWC has been trying to expand its reach for years.

On the first day of the tour, it was possible to see among the different cell phone options the use of artificial intelligence to generate content or also to improve application procedures.

The connectivity of devices has also been seen, even with large vehicles such as electric cars or flying cars. The use of robots is also another surprising element.
