The computer scientist announced this Tuesday on his LinkedIn account the arrival of his new book called “How to prevent the next pandemic”, which will go on sale on May 3, 2022 and will be distributed by Penguin Random House worldwide.

Gates assures that he followed the COVID-19 from the earliest days of the outbreak and worked with experts inside and outside his gates foundation. Furthermore, he claimed that he has battled infectious diseases for decades.

“I started writing a book on how we can make sure no one gets a pandemic ever again,” reads part of his statement.

Likewise, the businessman points out that in his book he specifies the steps that must be followed to provide better medical care throughout the world. What’s more, he also holds talks with public health leaders such as Anthony Fauci and Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.

One topic that he did not leave aside is the vaccine, how it helped to end the restrictions and how it also became a conspiracy theory.

“If we make the right decisions and investments, we can make COVID-19 the last pandemic,” concludes.
