Dozens of people died today and hundreds were injured in a Russian missile attack on residential neighborhoods in Kharkiv, a Ukrainian city about 35 kilometers from the border with Russia, denounced the adviser to the Ministry of the Interior of UkraineAnton Gerashchenko.
“Kharkiv. A merciless and senseless attack on a residential neighborhood with missiles! Corpses mangled in the streets! Gueraschenko wrote on his Telegram channel, in which he posted several videos with harrowing images.
In one of them the bodies of passers-by are seen and in another a woman whose leg was ripped off by the explosion of one of the missiles.
In another of the videos, lasting 30 seconds, it is seen how about fifteen missiles hit a sector of the city, located in the northeast of Ukraine.
Use of artillery by #Russia in urban centers, this also happened in #Kharkiv ( #Kharkov ) .
Because of the explosions, it is not only the use of artillery (which is already serious), they also seem to be using cluster munitions. pic.twitter.com/fqLLbmOGT5

The attack occurred at a time when at the other end of the country, on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, delegations from Ukraine and Russia were sitting down to negotiate for the first time since Russian President Vladimir Putin launched a “special military operation” against this country.
Ukraine demands an immediate ceasefire and the complete withdrawal of Russian troops from its territory.
