The mayor received a tribute from the plenary, which applauded his speech for more than a minute.

The Ukrainian Minister of Development of Communities and Territories, Oleksiy Chernyshov, participated in the session, calling Russia a “terrorist state” several times, where 80% of citizens are in favor of war.
