Zelensky holds Russian leaders responsible for “murder” and “torture” in Bucha

“I have decided to create a special justice mechanism in Ukraine to investigate and prosecute all the crimes of the occupiers in our country,” Zelensky said in a video.

According to the president, the mechanism will include “national and international experts, investigators, prosecutors and judges.”

Zelensky He also promised that “all those guilty of these crimes will be registered in a special book of executioners, they will be found and punished.”
