Argentina: student was raped and threatened with death by six classmates

During the last hours, a serious case of sexual abuse has alarmed parents at a school in Salta, Argentina. A mother reported that six students abused her son, who suffers from a maturational delay.

On Monday afternoon, the student came home in shock, unable to walk properly and very nervous. After spending a good time in the bathroom, his mother was worried about what she went to look for him and she noticed that her son’s underwear had blood stains, she reveals TN.

The incident occurred near the school National Sovereignty Agrotechnic No. 3158, in the town of Guachipas, in Salta. According to the woman’s complaint, collected by local media, it was her companions who abused the minor.

The young man would have confessed that a group of at least six students had followed him to the bathroom and outraged him. After committing the abuse, they threatened to kill him if he confessed anything. “We beat you to death”they told them.

The student’s mother filed a complaint at the Colonel Moldes Sub-Police Station, after her son revealed the names of the students who abused him. Distraught, she asked the authorities to help her so that her son could be seen by a doctor.

The Fiscal Unit for Crimes against Sexual Integrity No. 1 became aware of the fact and ordered the intervention of the Court for Minors and Incapacitated Persons, who must take immediate action.

For now, the requisition of the minor’s clothing was requested, as well as medical and psychological tests and examinations.

At the moment no further details about the case were known, but the complaint transcended and generated great commotion among the neighbors and parents of the educational center.
