Debanhi Escobar did suffer sexual abuse and has more blows, reveals IACHR commissioner

Omar Tamez, commissioner of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), reported this Saturday that there are inconsistencies in the investigation into the death of Debanhi Escobar for which a second expert opinion will be made and revealed that the young woman suffered sexual abuse before her death in Escobedo, Nuevo León, Mexico.

“Yes there is sexual abuse, it is something delicate, but as I told you, we are going to take that for granted in the second expert opinion. The corpse is going to be left to rest in peace, he can no longer present any more evidence,” he said.

Family is ready for an exhumation

“The authorities shelve,” said the commissioner, and that is why the family goes to the IACHR, because they point out inconsistencies in the investigations.
